Interest rate is 9.75% per annum (far lower than Commercial rates).

Repayment period up to 20 years.

All you need to do is

-• Find a property you’re interested in.
-• Provide at least 10% of the total cost.
-• Provide another amount for Insurance, Bank charges, perfection and other ancillary costs
-• Make a request to your bank.
-• After your bank approves, you continue to make your repayment over the period.

*** For salary earners, you can get 25% of your RSA balance to support your contribution.
