For more than nine months, I've spent much of my life either stuck at home in pain or being passed from one healthcare service to another, trying to restore treatment I had already received for years.

I've heard plenty of apologies. Plenty of assurances that something was being done.

What I haven't received is an effective resolution.

So, while dealing with severe functional deterioration, pain and ADHD, I put thousands of hours into researching, documenting and building something myself.

And here it is.

MJB ADHD — a growing resource covering ADHD science, medications, medical cannabis, patient rights, practical support, research and the patient-safety lessons I've learned the hard way.

It exists because I refuse to let this experience amount to nothing.

This is my effort, produced while unwell and fighting to regain my independence.

Well Japan has a culture of avoiding social stigma more than prioritising access to aid. That's something that doesn't change fast but like seemingly everywhere else at this point older generations cling on to asserting authority long after they can be objective or even clued in, in terms of norms.

That would be because people like the performative aspects of providing care rather than the clinical reality and they also hate helping our community in general as you can tell from all the overdiagnosis bullshit.

The condition has been severely under diagnosed for ages because it's not accessible in the slightest and people with adhd struggle to engage with any kind of lengthy beurocracy

Might want to use a different example than just plugging Nazi's as the defacto everyone knows, fascists.

Tolerance of different cultures and religions that preach abhorrent values is what mainly causes conflict in the first place.
Diversity should be a think that occurs naturally from legal migrants considered as a positive addition not just people gaming the system.

Unnatural inclusiveness hurts genuine legal migrants massively. They can easily get lumped in with the problematic ones.

Our governments WEP policies and woke activism going to far are the current issues driving most racial tension and division

Nope navigating NHS healthcare is actually a tricky time. It's awful.
10 months of pain and decline.

I had to sever my own achillies tendon to relieve the agonising spasticity and even after that, In 4 months absolutely nothing was resolved and I ended up sorting out the situation myself.

No accessibility, no accountability, no inclusion of the patient in decisions and refusing to even answer advocates.

Your mental health sector is appalling and neurodevelopmental conditions suffer massively from this grouping.

Also there is zero accountability for these organisations like @CWPT_NHS

If they are pissing you around and it's been over a month send an email to them CC'in in the local ICB, cqc and NHS England.
They did it with my cardiac results insisting I could do it on the app... I took screenshots to show I couldn't and it still took 3 further attempts as the promises to do it after consultations via phone calls and one in person, but still didn't.
It took around 2 months to get 2 files whilst I am fucked..

Commies need be able to talk but not be heard. Indoctrination happens far easier than people realise as some people don't think anything through at all and navigate life purely off of associations and "vives".
In a more realistic world we would just call them guilable idiots. Now we can just call them uninformed, virtue signalling bandwagonists that pick a hill to die on and proceed to die on it insisting they are fine.

There are countless human rights and ethical practice breaches in UK mental health. The NHS itself has no real accountability

The socialist, open borders communism in Europe only calls itself democratic, human rights centric and collaborative.
Orgs like the UN, EU and WHO hold far to much Influence over national politics and actual choice.

Poland is the example for all. Japan putting Japanese values and people first whilst denouncing outside opinion, is another good example. Not that everything is perfect of course
