One of the world’s rarest animals, photographed for the first time in over 20 years
The critically endangered Ili pika was rediscovered in China in 2014 by conservationist Li Weidong after more than two decades without a documented sighting.
.@GovPritzker, it has been 16 months now since Katie was killed on the streets of Urbana.
For 16 months, I have lived with the torment of knowing I was not there for my daughter’s final breaths.
Her siblings now carry a pain that will follow them for the rest of their lives.
This is generational damage done to an innocent family.
Why is this suffering not worthy of your attention? Where is your humanity?
Where is the backbone you keep telling everyone you have, or does that “backbone” only appear in front of cameras and microphones surrounded by staff, political allies, and security?
Are you truly unable to defend the policies that helped create the environment in which Katie lost her young life?
Is Illinois really this broken under your “leadership” that you cannot even speak honestly to a grieving father and lifelong Illinoisan?
Katie was loved beyond words.
Yet every day your silence tells us her life, and our pain, are not even worth acknowledging.person. She was loved beyond words.
And every day your silence tells us her life, and our pain, are not even worth acknowledging.
Last night, @ICEgov conducted a targeted enforcement operation in Brooklyn that resulted in the arrest of Chidozie Wilson Okeke, a criminal illegal alien from Nigeria with previous arrests for ASSAULT AND CRIMINAL DRUG POSSESSION.
During his arrest, Okeke refused to comply with officers’ lawful commands to exit the vehicle and weaponized his vehicle to attempt to hit ICE officers. Okeke became physically combative attempting to punch and elbow ICE officers. Our officers followed their training and used the minimum amount of force necessary to make the arrest.
After his arrest, Okeke requested medical assistance, so ICE officers escorted him to Wyckoff Heights Medical Center for a medical evaluation. Okeke remained non-compliant during the medical evaluation throwing himself to the floor and screaming. The medical staff cleared him.
During the medical evaluation, a significant crowd of anti-ICE agitators gathered at the hospital and became violent. The protestors damaged several ICE vehicles and assaulted ICE officers, resulting in minor injuries to the officers. Assaulting law enforcement is a felony and crime
Officers from the New York Police Department responded to the scene and arrested several rioters.
Here is the side of Donald Trump they don’t want you to know about.
But first, let me start by saying this recent attempt on his life sent chills through my body.
The first time someone tried to take President Trump’s life, I literally cried. Yes, I’ll admit it — I’m a grown man, and I cried.
Because for me, President Trump has never just been some politician on TV. He has never just been “the president.”
This man has treated me with more kindness, love, and respect than most people will ever know.
This image below was taken on February 12, 2024 — a day I will never forget.
Another moment I will never forget is when President Trump invited me to his dinner table.
I remember telling him I didn’t want to stay too long because I didn’t want to interfere with his personal time.
And he looked at me and told me I was family.
I will never forget that for the rest of my life.
That is the side of Donald Trump the media will never show you.
They will never show you the man who makes regular people feel like they matter. The man who remembers people. The man who embraces people. The man who treats people with genuine warmth when the cameras are not the story.
He has pulled me out of crowds just to acknowledge me. He has made me feel seen. He has made me feel appreciated. He has shown me respect regardless of my skin color, my background, or where I came from.
I wasn’t some billionaire donor. I wasn’t writing massive checks. I was just a regular person who believed in him, supported him, prayed for him, and stood with him.
And he still treated me like I mattered.
That is why this feels personal to me.
This is not a game. This is not just politics. This man is a husband. A father. A grandfather. He has children and grandchildren who love him and have to watch this happen over and over again.
And through all of it, he still gets up. He still stands tall. He still keeps fighting for this country.
Trump is not perfect — none of us are. But I know a good man when I see one. And I know a man who has sacrificed more than most people will ever understand.
He could have walked away a long time ago. He could have gone back to his beautiful life, his family, his businesses, and his peace.
But instead, he keeps standing in the fire for America.
President Trump, I love you. I respect you. I’m praying for you. And I will never forget how you treated me when nobody was watching.
So let me get this straight…
Vinegar on Ilhan Omar = serious.
Bullets around President Trump = staged.
That’s really the double standard the Left expects us to accept.
Ilhan Omar gets sprayed with vinegar, and suddenly nobody is allowed to question it.
But President Trump gets shot at in Butler, someone opens fire at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, and someone allegedly tries to shoot him at his golf course — and the same people scream “staged”?
They demand sympathy for their side while mocking, downplaying, and conspiracy-theorizing every threat against Trump.
That tells you everything.
HOAX EXPOSED!
Sunny Naqvi’s viral “ICE detention” story was completely fabricated.
Sheriff Dale Schmidt proved it with hotel surveillance, receipts, bank records, texts, and official logs.
She stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites near O’Hare on March 5, then the Holiday Inn Express in Beaver Dam, WI.
She was never detained by ICE at any time and never in the custody of the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office.
He’s now suing Naqvi and Cook County Commissioner Kevin Morrison for $1M each in defamation.
March protests were based on lies. Full evidence dropped yesterday.
Spread the truth.
The crew module on Orion has separated from its service module. After traveling around the Moon, seeing its far side, and experiencing a solar eclipse, the Artemis II astronauts are on the last leg of their trip home.
Ilhan Omar: "The U.S. government will only do what Somalians in the U.S. tell them to do. They will do what we want and nothing else. They must follow our orders."
Hello, Moon. It’s great to be back.
Here’s a taste of what the Artemis II astronauts photographed during their flight around the Moon. Check out more photos from the mission: https://t.co/rzM1P0QbOl
A new milestone for humankind: The crew of Artemis II are now the farthest any human has ever travelled, reaching a maximum distance of 252,752 miles from Earth.
This surpasses the previous record set by Apollo 13 in 1970 by about 4,102 miles.
Even in darkness, we glow.
In this image of Earth taken by the Artemis II crew, we can see the electric lights of human activity. In the lower right, sunlight illuminates the limb of the planet.
Time to wake up!
...if you're going to the Moon. Our Artemis II crew started their second flight day with the sounds of John Legend's "Green Light" (feat. Andre 3000). "Sleepyhead" by Young and Sick roused the crew earlier today.
