@MimiWaltersCA I hope your efforts toward the Workflex in the 21st Century Act bill aren’t unfounded. What can we do to keep pushing toward a paradigm shift of the messy patchwork of disparate local ordinances, and ensure flexible paid time off for all US employees?
@jgcarrier Vast majority of orgs I work with provide much more PTO than any mandated paid time off by these ordinances — just another pick list of rules to show compliance with.
IMO, best bet for employers and employees in shifting this paradigm is the Workflex in the 21st Century Act bill
