I just watched the Netflix documentary #TheVerdict. Twenty years later and people are still crying about a case that should have never even been brought to begin with. Why is it so hard for people to accept that it was the correct verdict? Michael Jackson would have never been put on trial if it wasn’t for the “Living with Michael Jackson” documentary. Here’s what really happened: Martin Bashir, a rogue reporter with a long history of unethical behavior, deceives Michael Jackson into believing that he wants to make a positive documentary about his life. He follows Michael Jackson around for 8 straight months and obtains over 10 hours worth of footage. He and his editor James Goldston takes that footage and purposely chops it up and narrates it in a way in which they knew would cause a firestorm.
Michael Jackson, unaware that the documentary he agreed to do was going to be a scandalous film portraying him as a child molester, makes the fatal mistake of telling Bashir that he slept in bed with many children. Bashir, who promised Jackson that he would let him see the film before it aired and that it would not air without his approval, reneges on this promise and even forges Jackson’s signature on a document stating that Jackson gave him permission to air the documentary. This fraudulent document was presented to the broadcasting company that aired the documentary. Michael Jackson, unaware that his signature had been forged and that the film had already been submitted for broadcasting, tries repeatedly to get in contact with Bashir to see the film before it airs, but Bashir purposely ignores his phone calls.
On February 3, 2003, this very selectively edited film, which is filled with all kinds of voiceovers insinuating that Michael Jackson is a pedophile, airs on television and causes an international uproar and results in multiple investigations. Michael Jackson files a lawsuit against Martin Bashir accusing him of breach of contract, misrepresentation, and treating him unfairly. His lawyers argue that the documentary contains “the clear innuendo that Mr. Jackson is guilty of abusing children”. According to the prosecution, It was during this time when Jackson was going through this lawsuit that he all of sudden started molesting Gavin Arvizo—the child whom Bashir’s film portrays as a victim. Sorry but anybody who questions the jury’s verdict is either very delusional or lacks common sense. Jackson knew Gavin for 3 years. If he had any kind of sexual interest in this child then I’m sure that he would have molested him way before this documentary aired.
The fact is, Martin Bashir escalated that trial. He set Michael Jackson up to get accused again. I can guarantee you that if he hadn’t included Gavin Arvizo in his documentary without his parents’ permission and exploited this young man the way that he did, he and his family would have never went after Michael Jackson and that trial never would have happened.

No, Vincent Amen has no documented direct connection to Jeffrey Epstein.
His wife, Rina Oh, claims she was groomed by Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell around 2000. She has admitted introducing women to him but denies participating in abuse; some victims have accused her of enabling, sparking public disputes and lawsuits.
Amen has referenced parallels between the MJ and Epstein cases in interviews and called for similar federal scrutiny.

You are the same people from the same circle and it's so obvious who you really are.
It’s only a matter of time before you’re exposed.
Just like the child porn opus Leaving Neverland.
It took only a few months to be completely destroyed.
People aren’t stupid; they can see the connections.
You’ll be destroyed in court just the same.
The same narratives, the same structures, the same media, and still the same people.
@EW Vincent Amen was interviewed by Tom Sneddon for hours in December 2004. Sneddon offered him immunity to talk truthfully about anything he knew about MJ or the allegations.
The materials he has been shopping to tabloids and for this special were never mentioned nor turned over.
“WE LOVE MICHAEL!”
The coordinated scream, with the confetti popping to Beat It, was such an iconic way to end the event. I really loved the Michael premiere in Japan. It was so fun and entertaining to watch 😭
