If you’re worried about the reliability of AI marking, it’s worth considering that some human marking is incredibly unreliable. In some subjects, only about half of students will get their true grade.
Having a premature baby in a neonatal unit can turn your world upside down, and it's even harder if you're worried about money and taking time off work. So we love that from April, parents of premature babies in the UK will be entitled to 'neonatal care leave', which will be on top of any maternity or paternity leave they’re eligible for. It will be available to anyone from their first day in a new job and marks a big shift in helping with the turmoil so many families experience. It's thanks in part to campaigning from premature baby charity The Smallest Things [TAG], whose founder Catriona Ogilvy said: “The new law will give families essential time at home to bond, begin to recover from trauma and to care for a fragile baby or babies without the pressure of finances or returning to work too soon.”
How much of a difference would neonatal leave have made to your parental experience?

One more time: Women aren't too emotional to lead.
Data: When men are anxious and stressed, they're more likely to be rude, hostile, and abusive. Women show respect regardless of their feelings.
The test of emotional intelligence is not how you feel. It's how you respond.
