@SEPTA_SOCIAL how is it that my bus just doesn’t show up? Not canceled. It’s just on the website as next to arrive and then it’s gone. If you’re going to run the buses less often then they need to be more reliable.

@AmericanAir I just earned Platinum status for the first time and today is my first flight. I was excited to board in Group 3. Unfortunately the agent called groups 3 & 4 together. This was disappointing/caused line to be longer. Could you please ask agents to not do that? Thanks
