Woke up to a bunch of GainFrame cancellations this morning.

No matter how much you know churn is part of the game, seeing a bunch at once still makes you think “is this thing gonna fail?”

Trying to get better at turning that feeling into curiosity instead.

Why did they leave? What did they do before cancelling? Is there something I can fix?

It’s hard not to get distracted when you see some random app built in a weekend doing $100k while you’re grinding away.

But that has nothing to do with what I’m building.

Figure out what went wrong. Make it better. Keep going.
