@SacAppraiser @dark_gone Thank you. Santa Anita is a decent, affordable neighborhood. The homes, built by Jere Stryzik (sp?) after WW2 were intended as homes for working class people. The floor plans are very efficient and the lot sizes allow for trees, lawns and gardens. The park is a gem.

@SacAppraiser Many properties in unincorporated county are inappropriately identified in “Sacramento” when they aren’t IN Sacramento. Chart should list the unincorporated community of the properties in the unincorporated area.

@bryanculbertson Vigilance is needed. Must ensure Plan Amends & zoning changes R not approved. Staff, Planning Commish & Supervisors could all wind up friendly to the development. It’s easy for staff & developers to game the enviro analysis, making it meaningless. Plus Supes can OK it anyway.
