.@cottagescom I can't get through to you by phone. You don't respond to my emails. I've been waiting over a week for you to refund my booking that you cancelled. Your email said 3-5 days. Please sort yourselves out as this isn't good enough.

Complete fail from @cottagescom cancelling our booking less than 2 weeks before our stay with stock response that’s inconsistent with the excuse from the owner. Refund due within 3-5 days. Over 7 days later still no refund or response to my complaint.
