I recently had to fly @malindoair whereas I usually fly @emirates. I was amazed that even when I paid for the Top Tier all inclusive economy tickets, I still cannot change my seats later or add the complementary meal after I had paid?
Their support is also like weโre sorry!!?
All this while they had the Perfect chance to convert me since Emirates is having regional issues, they made sure I stick to their alternative in the future!
They had everything lined up perfectly to steal emirates lunch forever on this route but they choose not toโฆ
@MaryamNSharif Mam kindly do something about Faisalabad - Pindi Bhattiyan Motorway. The 2 lanes are not enough with so much heavy traffic causing congestion and dangerous situations.

@foodpanda_pk I was charged for PandaPro but my subscription wasnโt extended due to a system error. I was promised a refund but I never got that either after multiple times contacting support! Iโll post in Voice of Customer group as a last resort after this attempt.
@vfsglobalcare I was actually able to start an application through Emirates website after buying tickets. Only issue now is that I am unable to attach my 6 months bank statement which is 20mb in size. Nahida from support asked me to share that via email but still cant find that in the portal

@elevatepayhq when is the issuance of new card expected to be back? I had a fraudulent activity on my old card and am not getting a new one now causing me to switch back to Payoneer. The whole point of Elevate was to get rid of Payoneer!
@OfficialZindigi I can't make payments for Netflix, Spotify or YouTube using your card and the customer support says this service is down? When will it be fixed?
