I was just about to praise @delta and then this happened to our brand bag! All of our clothes and souvenirs were scattered around the belt and our bag completely destroyed!! Totally unacceptable!!

It’s been more than 48 hours @Fly_Norwegian and I still don’t have my luggage! It took an hour to fly AMS to CPH but you can’t find two pieces of luggage in 2 days?!?! They’re very distinctive bags. DO BETTER!!

@oOGrannyOo @Angry_Staffer I tried to answer a coworker’s question today. I’m not sure what words were actually coming out of my mouth for the first 30 seconds but neither of us understood it. I had to stop and regroup to make sense. I’ve never had a speech impediment or stutter. We all have our moments.

The @SUBWAY app has once again allowed me to order at a store that was closed (the app apparently has the wrong hours) and took my money!! I’ll be calling @WellsFargo tomorrow to dispute this charge and will NEVER step foot in another Subway restaurant again!
