With today’s judgment, it cannot be explained why Deputy IG, Eliud Lagat is not accused number one in the murder of Albert Ojwang. It cannot! Lagat is the one who complained about Ojwang’s publications and ordered that he be killed.
NO ONE should be killed for tweeting on X
NO ONE should be killed for posting on Facebook
NO ONE should be killed for sharing a video
NO ONE should be tortured for speaking truth
From Kenya to South Africa, Uganda to Nigeria, India etc NO ONE
Criticism is NOT a crime
Haiti, Somalia, Liberia, Sudan, South Sudan, Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan et al became failed States when political leaders used goons in grabbing political leadership. Once, Haiti had the highest per capita in the world & even financed France! Now Haiti is forever gone as a viable State. Libya, both Sudans & Somalia may never recover.
Using goons may give short term political excitement but in the medium term, it erodes the national fabric & in the long term, destroys the country. If we are a serious country, we must bring to account every politician who has used goons. And also arrest the goons whether they are policemen hiding in civilian clothes or jobless youth hired.
GOONISM IS TERRORISM. THERE IS NO TIME LIMITATION IN LAW. ONE DAY, WE WILL BRING ALL TO JUSTICE: The Financiers, the Sponsors, The Enablers & the stupid goons themselves!
Devil In Government.(DIG)
Arrest this devil called Eliud Lagat. We must hold him accountable. Talam is just a small fish in this episode.
Arrest the real culprit who called for Albert Ojwang's murder. Arrest this murderer called Eliud Lagat
ALBERT Ojwang's case should teach FOOLISH police officers that you SHOULDN'T obey illegal orders from your boss in the NAME of "orders from above". You obey SILLY orders and go to jail ALONE.
They wanted Kenyans to believe Albert Ojwang took his own life.
The autopsy told a completely different story.
A battered head. Bleeding inside the brain. Injuries to the neck. Bruises on both sides of the jaw. Multiple injuries across his body.
This was not a man who simply died. This was a man who was violently assaulted.
So why did the police rush to tell the country it was suicide?
Before the doctors had spoken, before the truth had a chance to breathe, they had already written the story for us.
Why?
Who were they protecting?
Who gave the order to cover up Albert Ojwang's killing?
If the first official statement from the National Police Service was false, how can Kenyans trust anything that comes from the same institution under Inspector General Douglas Kanja?
Albert Ojwang was someone's son. Someone's brother. Someone's friend. His family deserved the truth from the very beginning not a carefully crafted lie.
A cover-up is not a mistake. It is a decision. And every person who helped hide the truth must be held accountable alongside those responsible for Albert's death.
Arrest the DIG @NPSOfficial_KE Eliud Lagat .
Who knows Eliud Lagats family, kids social media handles? I know they must be flexing their nepo asses somewhere on IG, we should make the social cost of what he did high and painful. He should not be allowed to live a normal life while the family of Albert is living with the consequences of their lawless actions. Public office should come with public accountability.
Eliud Lagat must be arrested and questioned over Albert Ojwang’s death.
He was deeply involved from the complaint, the arrest, the officers’ movements and the briefings that followed, yet the moment Albert died, Kenyans were suddenly asked to treat him like a complete stranger to the operation.
That story does not add up.
You cannot remain at the centre of a case until death occurs, then quietly disappear from the chain of responsibility while junior officers carry the burden.
Arrest him, question him and let the full communication trail come out in court.

@edwinsifuna@SafaricomPLC "Orders from Above" ni nani? We agreed we boycott Safaricom for sharing our data with abductors, offering expensive and slow inconsistent internet, exorbitant MPESA transaction costs, and colluding with scammers to steal from banking apps. Why are y'all hell-bent on using it?
