Air India, this is not acceptable service.
On my recent Delhi-Mumbai journey, and again on the return, passengers were made to use buses instead of an aerobridge. The buses had little or no effective air-conditioning.
At Delhi, it was raining heavily, yet passengers had to walk from the aircraft to the bus in the rain.
After all the talk of a new Air India, passengers deserve basic dignity, comfort and professionalism. This is a serious service failure. @airindia needs to fix this.

@amazonIN @AmazonHelp Ordered phone with exchange. Successfully ran the test suggested by Amazon app on exchanged phone. Delivery agent asked for Rs1700 more even no issues got detected on phone. Worst customer care no help.

- Worst experience ever with amazon customer care service. Got damaged item, called cc multiple times, uploaded pics various times, did multiple follow-ups , issue was not resolved for >1week. Specialised dept. executive (Mrs Megha)Pl check call records was very rude.

Cheated by @PearsonVUE in 1 of AWS exam. Nightmare! Plz don't use PVUE for any exams. Proctor revoked session aftr 1.5 hr stating I was speaking aloud/mumbling.I dint utter a single word.Der was issue in their chat app, proctor didn't show up, VUE customer care sucks @AWSSupport

@uptransportdept what is the fitness certificate rule for private vehicles? Didn't find any relevant documentation for the same. Confusion is for pvt vehicles having seating capacity 8 or more like Maruti Omini, Innova etc. ?

Worst experience with policy bazaar. Bought a policy and its been more than 48 hrs and no updates from agent reg policy. Even i logged two tickets from UI dashboard, tickets got closed without any resolution. @policybazaar Feeling cheated plz refund my money asap.
