تحریکِ لبیک کے رہنماؤں اور ورکرز پر کریک ڈاؤن اور بیگناہ ورکرز کی شہادتوں پر پاکستان تحریکِ انصاف کا ردِعمل؛

پاکستان تحریک انصاف شدید ترین الفاظ میں مریدکے اور دیگر مقامات پر تحریکِ لبیک کے خلاف طاقت کے بےجا استعمال اور خون ریزی کی سخت مذمت کرتی ہے۔ یہ ایک قبیح، گھٹیا اور غیر انسانی عمل ہے، جسے کسی جمہوری معاشرے میں برداشت نہیں کیا جا سکتا۔

عوام پر گولی چلانا صرف نفرت پیدا کر سکتی ہے، لیکن یہ کبھی بھی مسئلے کا حل نہیں بن سکتی۔
26 نومبر کو بھی یہی عمل اختیار کیا گیا اور حالیہ واقعات میں فائرنگ کے جو مناظر دیکھنے میں آئے ہیں، وہ نہایت افسوسناک اور دردناک ہیں۔
اگر احتجاج شروع ہونے سے پہلے مناسب مذاکرات کیے جاتے تو یقینأ اس مسئلے کا کوئی حل نکل آتا۔لیکن اس ملک میں پہلے جبری گمشدگیاں نارمل کی گئیں، پھر جعلی پولیس مقابلوں کو قابلِ تعریف بنا کر انعام دیے گئے — اور اب براہِ راست فائرنگ کو بطور نیا غیر تحریری اصول اپنایا جا رہا ہے۔ یہ سلسلہ ریاستی (احتساب کے نام پر بے رحمی) کا تسلسل ہے اور اس کی سنگینی کو نظر انداز نہیں کیا جا سکتا۔

مریدکے سے آنے والی تصویریں اور ویڈیوز انتہائی تشویشناک ہیں۔ جو مناظر سامنے آ رہے ہیں وہ کسی بھی شہری کے ساتھ کیے جانے والے ظلم کی انتہا ہیں۔

حکومت اور متعلقہ اداروں کو آمرانہ ذہنیت ترک کرنی چاہیے، طاقت کے اندھے استعمال سے نہ تو مسائل حل ہوں گے اور نہ ہی انصاف قائم رہے گا۔

ہم حکومت سے سختی سے مطالبات کرتے ہیں:

1. فوری طور پر زخمیوں کو طبی امداد اور شہداء کے اہلِ خانہ کو انصاف فراہم کیاجائے۔
2. ملزمان کی جلد از جلد، غیر جانبدار اور شفاف عدالتی تحقیق کروائی جائے اور جو بھی ملوث ہو، اسے سخت سزا دی جائے۔
3. گرفتار تمام کارکنان اور خواتین کو بلامشروط رہا کیا جائے اور لوٹی گئی اشیاء واپس کی جائیں۔
4. آئندہ کسی بھی پرامن احتجاج پر براہِ راست فائرنگ نہ کرنے کی واضح ضمانت دی جائے۔
5. تمام سیاسی مقدمات کا ازسرِ نو جائزہ لیا جائے اور بےگناہوں کے خلاف کارروائیاں بند کی جائیں۔
6. میڈیا پر پابندیوں اور سنسرشپ کا خاتمہ کیا جائے تاکہ حقائق عوام تک پہنچ سکیں۔
7. اگر ریاست خود شفافیت نہیں دکھا سکتی تو آزاد مبصرین اور انسانی حقوقی اداروں کو تحقیقات میں شامل کیا جائے۔

ہم یہ مطالبات بار بار دہرائیں گے کہ اقتدار وقتی ہوتا ہے، تاریخ یاد رکھتی ہے۔ ظلم کا راستہ کبھی قوم کو مستقل فائدہ نہیں دے سکتا۔ گولیاں مار کر آپ احتجاج ختم کر سکتے ہیں، مگر آپ تاریخ میں ظلم کے مرتکب کے طور پر یاد رکھے جائیں گے۔

تحریکِ انصاف اس ظالمانہ عمل کی پوری شدت سے مذمت کرتی ہے اور انصاف کے حصول، قانون کی حکمرانی اور شہری حقوق کے تحفظ تک پرامن اور آئینی طریقوں سے جاری کسی بھی جدوجہد کی بھرپور حمایت کرتی ہے۔

“I am deeply saddened by the loss of precious lives in today’s terrorist incident in the Orakzai region. Whether they are civilians, police officers, or army personnel, it is our own people, who are being martyred in these military operations. Among those martyred today were a Colonel and a Major, which is extremely tragic. Offering prayers for the elevation of all the martyrs’ ranks in Jannah and for the swift recovery of those injured.

The flawed policies and mistaken priorities of the mafia presently imposed on the nation have led Pakistan, especially Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, into an alarming and unprecedented wave of terrorism. Even though two months still remain, this year Pakistan has witnessed a record number of terrorist incidents, resulting in an enormous loss of life on a scale difficult to find precedent for. I have repeatedly stated that the complete eradication of terrorism in Pakistan, including Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is impossible without dialogue among four key stakeholders: the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, the people of the tribal areas, the Afghan government, and the Afghan people. The current regime’s policy of conflict and confrontation is only worsening the situation.

I have repeatedly directed the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government to oppose unnecessary military operations initiated against our own citizens. Peace had been restored across these regions during our tenure. It is deeply regrettable that the current Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has failed to implement my vision for peace and has been unable to distance itself from the war-driven policies of the federal government and security agencies, as it should have. In these circumstances, there is no option left but to bring a change in the provincial government. I therefore announce the appointment of Sohail Afridi as the new Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The policy of fighting terrorism through drone strikes, jet bombings, and mortar shelling is a profoundly foolish strategy that has kept the nation trapped in a vicious cycle of terrorism. After today’s terrorist attack and the resulting martyrdoms, our security forces will inevitably retaliate, which will provoke a counter-response, and the cycle will continue endlessly.

During our three-and-a-half-year tenure, terrorism was at its lowest level in Pakistan’s history, even though Afghanistan was then under the pro-India and anti-Pakistan Ashraf Ghani regime. I personally visited Afghanistan and invited Ashraf Ghani to Pakistan in an effort to improve bilateral relations. Due to our practical measures and effective diplomacy, the country was spared the kind of instability we are witnessing today.

In contrast, the current rulers, who have unlawfully seized power, have completely failed to engage with the new government in Afghanistan (to secure Pakistan’s interests). Instead, after forty years of hospitality, Afghan refugees have been humiliated and forcibly expelled in a deeply painful manner. Bilawal Bhutto held the position of Foreign Minister for over a year and traveled across the world; yet at this most critical juncture in history, he did not visit Kabul even once, nor did he take any step to improve relations with the Afghan government…”
