@healthians Pre-booked a slot with @Healthians. On collection day, they call to ask if they should visit. If you don’t pick up, they don’t come. What’s the point of a confirmed booking then? Told me “this is our process.” Change this useless process or lose customers.
@cromaretail placed the order on 13 Sep, delivery date kept changing from 16 to 21 and now 26. finally raised a complaint and still not sure whether I will get the product or not. Pathetic service, no calls no updates.

@sathishkum67322@SamsungIndia I purchased washing machine in Oct'24 and issue reported in Jan, issue reoccured in Mar. Had to followup every time. Finally I escalated to CEO's desk & still they say we are working on it and if I ask tell me what work you did they say it's internal not to be shared to customer.
