So why is every 4 out of 5 @amazon orders I’ve placed in the last week delayed? Seriously 4 items out of 5 delayed. Separate orders with multi day delays. And this is supposed to just be ok? I live in a city with a major Amazon distribution hub too!

Terribly disappointed in @amazon lately. Cost of Prime has continued to climb while the reliability of on time deliveries has continued to decline. Additionally they’ve made it impossible to talk with customer service. A return to in person shopping is on the horizon.
