@MakeMyTrip My flight ticket was cancelled by the airline, not by me.
I paid ₹31,256 but received only ₹28,358 as refund. The convenience fee and travel insurance amount have not been refunded.
Since the cancellation was not from my side, the full amount should be refunded.

Flight got cancelled by @qatarairways and a refund request was raised by @makemytrip already and it has been more than 20 days still status is the same.
AI is replying on call for MMT.

Flight cancelled by airline (Dubai–Algiers, Booking ID AN71AJTXU5978865578) but @makemytrip falsely marked it as customer cancellation and is ignoring all emails. No service provided, no refund. Very poor support. Resolve this urgently.
Shocking experience with @MakeMyTrip! They're quick to take your money, but when it comes to refunds, it's a different story 😒. We've given them 7 days to resolve our issue, failing which we'll approach the Consumer Court. #MMT#CustomerServiceFail#RefundIssue
