@makemytrip I hold a MMT Black platinum membership. Today I called up the number mentioned on the app. I was appalled by the bot service and there is no way I could speak to an agent ( human ) to resolve. Is there a way I can speak to a human ???

@sumanthraman Did not expect this from a doctor.. Rather Airports can classify the request as disability based and mobility/old age based request.. For mobility/old aged based, Airports can look at utilizing the battery operated carts from the place of boarding pass to GATE

@cbseindia29 Have been trying to reach Chennai office (as requested by Delhi office) for the past 2 days, none attends the call. Have requested via online for a duplicate certificate of 12th Std. Cannot understand why do they even have a helpline number if they cannot attend?
