How about it @kimjabal? You and @weebly are generally known to have good customer service. Since you are on the board of @fedex can you convince the ops folks that this is a very #badpractice? That what FedEx sells is #trust, not delivery?

What is the deal, @fedex? I sent sensitive banking information to #cdmx and when it arrived both the exterior package and interior sealed envelope were open. no customs seal. been on hold for over 20 mins and transferred four times on your phone support. #badservice #badfaith

So I spent over 1 hour on the phone with @fedex, speaking with support, international, and escalation teams. The last word from Luis H. [CUURC] was you can't go higher than me and opening your sensitive banking documents in my country (known for rampant fraud) is ok. #trustfail

@FedExHelp I appreciate the apology but that doesn't change that I now have to cancel that financial instrument, get another, and send it again. It would be a show of #goodfaith if @fedex offered to defray those costs or at least refunded the $51 it took to send a letter to #CDMX

@FedExHelp Thanks Carole. I just spent over an hour on the phone with your support team, ending up with someone in escalations who claims that having my secure banking documents revised by FedEx in Mexico (a country famous for fraud despite being my home country) is normal ops -- too bad
