Rath Yatra is a Nagar-vihaar of the Bhagwaan to take a view of how every one is doing in the kingdom.

It is an Ancient Bharat version of Bhagwaan coming out as an Independent Auditor to verify the well-being of people & guide the monarch to see for himself if wealth re-structuring is needed.

If the people have to pray to Bhagwaan for material things, it becomes one on one feedback & grievance mechanism in a celebratory format, if any targeted policy-changes are needed for welfare by those in charge of governance.
