Over 40 countries are taking part in the second edition of the multinational exercise Tarang Shakti, scheduled to be held in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, from September 26 to October 12

Countries, including the US with its 2-3 F-35 combat aircraft, France with its Rafale, and the UAE with its F-16s, would be participating with their fighter assets, while many countries would be taking part with their assets such as transport aircraft.

This exercise is being held right after the Indo-Japan Ex Veer Guardian at the Jodhpur airbase.

The Indian Air Force would be deploying all its major assets, including the frontline Rafale and Sukhoi-30 fighter jets. Its assets, such as airborne early warning and control aircraft, transport planes, and air-to-air refuelling tankers, would be taking part in the drills: Defence officials
