Hi all, it’s Rami. Today is my birthday and I have received tons of love, thanks for that. In the past, I have asked you to make donations to https://t.co/piGhDiYjjP for our mobile clinics in Syria if you were interested in doing something nice for my birthday. There are a couple of projects on the horizon there, and I will let you know more about that soon.
This year, I ask only for your attention - please pay attention to what is happening in Palestine. Read up on it, watch videos, come to your own conclusions.
I imagine that if you were in their shoes, you would want people to know about it, you would want people to care, you would want people to help.
So do what you can, even if it just means being aware. This is not a political statement, it is a humanitarian position.
Thank you all for your support over the years. I love you all and I thank you for letting me be a tiny part of your lives.
- Rami
Writing off “some coal miner in WV” as inherently bad or reactionary is classist liberal thinking, don’t fall into that trap. Also, I’m begging more leftists (and everyone else) to READ SOME GODDAMN LABOR HISTORY

In Georgia, there's a stray dog who has made it his job to protect this kindergarten class so they can cross the street safely.
He shows up every single day, even barking at cars that don't stop.
You hear Costco is great. One friend describes it as a 'shopping Disney World'. You start thinking about it. You have some extra cash. You decide to try it out, you'll save that much money in gas anyway! What's the worst that can happen?--
UPDATE 🚨 Remember the surgeon who was PULLED OUT OF SURGERY to speak with UnitedHealthcare so they could try and cancel her cancer patients inpatient stay after surgery?
UnitedHealthcare DID CANCEL THE HOSPITAL STAY and now they’re THREATENING HER, she’s showing the proof
“Despite my efforts, they denied her stay. UnitedHealthcare didn’t stop at calling me during surgery. Now, they’ve sent me a legal threat—and even worse? They ended up denying my cancer patient’s hospital stay. Exactly what I was afraid would happen. Staying overnight after major surgery isn’t optional—it’s medically necessary”
“UnitedHealthcare decided they know better than the doctors caring for the patient. When they called me while I was operating, I knew that if I didn’t step out and respond immediately, they might deny her stay—leaving her with a massive bill. — I scrubbed out and called them back. But after all of that? They denied her stay anyway.”

The version of It Makes No Difference The Band played at The Last Waltz has become a classic. Rick sang his heart out and Garth appeared beside him at the end of the song to play his sax solo. It’s one of those glorious moments of the concert, one that we wish could last forever.
If you're scared of what Trump will do (and you should be), you can thank Biden/Harris for increasing
- military funding
- ICE/CBP funding and power
- police funding, hiring, and militarization
all before handing it all over to him.
