Shout out to @Delta who told me that my seat was given away to someone with a higher status and they have to take care of their loyal customers. (A manager told me later that is not true… but it’s what I was told 🤷🏽‍♀️)

Shout out to @Delta who bumped me off a flight that I had a ticket for and was at the gate 25 min before departure and got in line to board. When I scanned my tot was told had just given my seat away to someone since I was not on the plane yet. (Correct I’m in line to board.)
