@RogersHelps Thanks Ron …you can check my account. I’ve spent 3 hours on the phone in the last 2 weeks alone. A ticket was opened..apparently with high importance. It’s a known issue / this week they suggested I go buy my own router, just to try it - it might work better! #PoorService
Hi @Rogers, is there a record for longest unresolved tech issue, most support calls, or most home visits? I might be a contender—7 weeks and no resolution to a 6G home service issue. I spend my work day running a hotspot from my phone - devices will NOT connect to wifi
@Sonos It’s really unfortunate that while you tried to improve user experience you, once again, made it worse. Lost recent content, favourites and the ability to play anything on both speakers. Seems futile that we continue to try
@Sonos@ch34556 Uncertain what the update 2 weeks ago was supposed to fix but feels like we stepped back 6 months. Not able to manage multiple Sonos devices as 1, volume controls and streaming services not working. This is unbelievable.
@Sonos Still waiting for basic features, such as a working system! Each time we reset our wifi the Sonos app is “unable to load content”. No music content and typically 1 or 2 devices missing.
@Sonos@Patrick_Spence I wish I would have tracked how many hours I’ve spent - reinstalling our products, attempting to get music in the queue, trying to adjust volume and contacting support.
