@LNER crazy travel day and managed to get to my destination 90 minutes late but when i went to repay it had automatically changed my ticket to tomorrow and LNER are saying theirfore they is no delay payment . Not fair and honest
@uber really angry as just charged 3 times the price quoted on booking here in Turkey and i use Uber all the time so did not think twice but now the charge in the account is really crazy and no way of questioning it in my account
@Hertz anyone else had a problem with Hertz and their way of handling customers ? We rented a car and someone bumped into us at a car park. When we returned the car they said no problem we would receive a report and nothing would happen until then. Then ยฃ2000 was debited twice !
@aviancaescucha Yes i was told by customer service i would receive it but 3 months later nothing has come through and when i try and raise a ticket it will not let me change the residence county from peru
@avianca I am trying to receive the compensation coupon I was promised three months ago and I am getting no replies from my email> I have tried to create a new ticket but the website is only giving me the option of residence of Peru.
@British_Airways Spent two hours this morning which I will never get back trying to book an avios flight. Money was taken 3 times and then directed to error page on BA. Called customer service and told "call Monday"-explained the flight was Monday was told they could do nothing !
@HeartInternet Having a nightmare with this company as they will not help us access our account and we have lost all email and website functions. Live chat does not work and slow response to messages.
