कंपनी को बचाने के लिए ‘ब्लैकलिस्ट’ क्लॉज हटाया गया?

आज @cbseindia29 की यह स्थिति इसलिए बनी है क्योंकि इसने एक ऐसी कंपनी को कॉन्ट्रैक्ट दिया जिसने इस स्केल पर न तो काम किया था, न कोई पायलट प्रोजेक्ट। कंपनी तेलंगाना में जिस नाम से थी, और जो डायरेक्टर थे, उन्हें ही आगे कर के ये कॉन्ट्रैक्ट लिया गया।

टेंडर के नियम बदले गए, ढील दी गई, शिक्षकों ने मना किया फिर भी पैन इंडिया परीक्षा कराई गई। आज पता चला है कि @dpradhanbjp की प्रिय कंपनी को CBSE ब्लैकलिस्ट नहीं कर सकती।

अगस्त 2025 में जो नियम थे, उसमें यह संभावना थी कि कंपनी का पेमेंट रोक सकते हैं, पैनल्टी लगा सकते हैं, ब्लैकलिस्ट कर सकते हैं। परंतु, अगले महीने में नियमों से ‘ब्लैकलिस्ट’ शब्द हटा दिया गया।

प्रश्न यह है कि किसके कहने से ब्लैकलिस्ट शब्द हटाया गया? क्या CBSE या शिक्षा मंत्रालय/मंत्री को यह बात पता थी कि OSM हैंडल नहीं हो पाएगा? और अगर ऐसा हुआ भी तो कंपनी बची रहेगी?

और फाइन कितना है? यदि आपने बेसिक समस्याओं का निदान नहीं किया तो ₹5,000/घंटा; समस्या पता होने पर निदान न आने पर लाख रुपये प्रति पंद्रह मिनट; रूटकॉज एनालिसिस और उसे सही करने की योजना न जमा करने पर लाख रुपये/घंटा की पैनल्टी है।

अधिकांश समस्याएँ ₹5000/घंटा वाले में ही हैं: लॉगिन, हैंडहोल्डिंग डॉक्स, यूजर मैनुअल्स, ऑन साइट
सपोर्ट, ऑनबोर्डिंग असिस्टेंस या और कुछ जो CBSE के साइट को ठीक से चलाने के लिए आवश्यक है।

यह सड़ाँध अत्यंत गहरी है, इसकी जाँच होनी चाहिए कि जिस परीक्षा में पूरे देश के 18 लाख बच्चे बैठ रहे हों, उसे सुचारू रूप से न करा पाने की स्थिति में CBSE ने ‘ब्लैकलिस्ट’ का विकल्प क्यों नहीं हटाया?

PS: और हाँ मंत्री जी, ₹150/पोस्ट वाले ट्रोल को नियंत्रण में रखो, बेहतर रहेगा वरना डॉकूमेंट्स खोदना मुझे आता है। उसी AI से सब कुछ निकालने में बहुत कम समय लगेगा।

I think most people in India aren't aware that in the US, Japan, and many other countries, they can sell Ice Cream with Vegetable fats in it.

Only in India, there's a strict distinction between Ice Cream and Frozen Dessert. An Ice Cream in India CANNOT contain any vegetable fat. This is a good rule to help consumers avoid such vegetable fats.

So India has better regulations. Instead of appreciating this, many are imagining that companies are selling frozen dessert or substandard "ice cream" only in India. The fact is they can get away selling it as Ice Cream in the US with some % milk solids in it.

Here's Walls company Ben & Jerry "Ice Cream" in the US ingredients attached. As you see it has two kinds of vegetable fat though it is called ice cream. They can't sell this in India as ice cream.

So Walls will claim "We sell Ice Cream around the world, only in India we sell frozen dessert" - yes, because in the US they may be able to sell what they sell as frozen dessert in India as Ice Cream if they pass a certain % of Milk Solids even with vegetable fat in it.

Also, combined with such programming of Indians thinking something is wrong only in India, the timing of this announcement by American Kwality-Walls is a little concerning. Why suddenly now? What is the plan?

If I were govt, I will watch the industry and try preempt any hit jobs. I got a hunch one is coming, where people may get affected.

@PMOIndia ने रिपोर्टिंग को तो गो-अहेड दे दिया है, पर मंत्री जी का नाम लिए बिना? यही मीडिया यूजीसी पर दस दिन तक चुप थी, फिर पाँच दिन बात कर के शांत हो गई।

इतने दिनों में बदला क्या है? @dpradhanbjp को क्यों बचाया जा रहा है?
