Also they changed the policy where the cleaning fee is not $30 per reservation vs daily. That helps in the long run

There are also washer dryers downstairs in the lobby by the restrooms where people can pay to do their laundry. Junior suites do not have space for w/d

A lot of owners airbnb their units but run into all sorts of headaches like housekeeping service as you are not allowed to use MGM housekeeping if you are not in the MGM rental program. Their program takes something along the line of a 55/45 split.
