Most likely explanation: Another F-35 was blown up by Iran, so the Pentagon staged a domestic crash by setting a frame on fire (probably from an aircraft that was already damaged beyond repair) as a staged event in order to cover up the loss of an F-35 on the front lines.

They've done this with a B-2 bomber also.

You'll see a lot more "accidents" like this, to cover up all the aircraft being shot down over Kuwait or Iran.

And i assure you, just like the U.S. is preparing to hit Iran “if diplomacy fails (and by ‘diplomacy’ we mean, if Iran does not surrender to our terms without complaint)”, Iran is preparing to hit critical infrastructure on our side if we do.

It is anguishing to me to watch as the US prepares to take military action which can only harm our interests, and do nothing to bring about the end of the war. -A senior Iranian security official tells Tasnim, the semi-official IRGC-linked and firmly pro-regime outlet, that Tehran has prepared a comprehensive response plan for new U.S. or Israeli strikes on Iranian infrastructure

-The named target set is broad: critical infrastructure inside Israel, plus American energy infrastructure spread across the region, with the official saying Iranian forces are ready to carry it out

-It answers CBS reporting that Washington and Israel are preparing to bomb Iranian power plants and refineries as early as this weekend

-The warning also lands after Trump reportedly ordered a fresh attack meant to last a few days, with tankers already flying out of Tel Aviv toward the Gulf

-Iran has not struck Israel once since the memorandum collapsed and America restarted combat operations in early July

Both sides are now threatening the same thing, which is the part worth sitting with.

Washington is preparing to turn off Iran's lights, Tehran is promising to go after everyone else's, and the American energy infrastructure it means is spread across Gulf countries that have spent this entire war trying not to become targets.

The threat to hit Israel matters too, because Israel staying out has been the one piece of restraint keeping this from becoming a regional war.
