Politicians who fanned these flames should hang their heads in shame.
Time and again we've seen this story play out. Single incidents used to fuel a far right narrative - and communities across the nation paying the price.
anaka women's collective (based in north belfast) is raising funds to support people who have been affected by the racist attacks recently!

the reason why Palestine isn’t being shown because there’s barely anyone posting about them. Lebanon is still being bombed by Israel. 12 million people have fled their homes in Sudan. 25 million people in Congo are currently facing acute food insecurity. Do not stop talking.
The fact that you can see what was wrong only when you were called out and not stopping it before really makes me think that you’re not telling the truth here
You’re more scared of your consequences not for what you did
My story: as a disabled and homeless woman ❤️
1/8
In 2024, my grandfather passed away. His death changed my life in ways I never expected. Not only was I grieving the loss of someone I loved, but it also led to me losing my housing and becoming homeless.
I’m a cancer survivor abt to lose housing. My last ask ever for communal support is for 3k, if folks wouldn’t mind chipping in to help w the transition out of my apt, moving costs of my life upending, & losing my home b4 surgery. Thanks everyone! I (we) tried.

Today would’ve been Breonna Taylor’s 33rd birthday.
Now, more than six years after she was killed by Louisville Metro Police Department officers who forcibly entered her home, the Taylor family has still been denied full justice for her murder, with only one of the officers who shot her ever being held accountable.
Breonna should be here today.
Instead, we honor her memory and continue to fight for a future where all people are safe from law enforcement brutality and misconduct, where our civil rights are respected, and where our dignity and humanity are protected no matter our race or background.
The silence from Democrats when Muslim colleagues and candidates are attacked is a cancerous rot.
We cannot lead our country out this moment if we're willing to accept the abuse or dehumanization of any marginalized group.
