@nick_underhill How are we feeling about Shough’s development as QB1 after the 4th Quarter versus Raiders?

[Mike Armitage @mlarmitage]

@nick_underhill How does yesterday’s late implosion and loss impact your projected win total for Saints? In hindsight, 10-12 wins might have been a tad overeager for a team that had won one game

20 years ago today, @SteveGleason blocked a punt that signaled the rebirth of a city ⚜️

But he’s too old 😂

Since becoming a starter in Week 9 last year, Tyler Shough is the top 5 in the NFL in ...

🏈Comp pct (69.1)
🏈Pass yds (2,918)
🏈4th-qtr comebacks (3)
🏈GW drives (4)
🏈4th-qtr/OT total TD (10)

@nofnetwork @nick_underhill Nick, if Jordan Tyson ends up missing a good portion of the season with hamstring problems, don’t Mickey, Jeff Ireland and co. deserve some criticism for drafting him at 9? I mean Tyson effectively told everyone he had hamstring problems.

The 3 Immutable Football Laws of Sean Payton
1. Chew an entire pack of juicy fruit on game day for the win
2. NEVER go into the end of any half with timeouts left in your pocket
3. Taysom Hill is always the answer. Until he isnt.

Broncos Coach Sean Payton told @cfrelund Cynthia Frelund and me today that the Broncos will explore bringing in free agent tight end Taysom Hill, who played for Payton with the Saints.

@nick_underhill At what point do we start worrying about the fact that the Olave contract situation isnt resolved? I mean, they have been working on this since January and we see plenty of other teams getting their stars extended in the same period.

[Mike Armitage @mlarmitage]

@ReichelRadio Which team had the highest scoring single player? That’s your tie breaker

[Mike Armitage @mlarmitage]

@NFL_DovKleiman Totally worth it. Just the fear of @thomasmorstead punts makes opposing defenses surrender 1st downs 😂

[Mike Armitage @mlarmitage]

@nofnetwork @nick_underhill @getGordon Is there a universe where the Saints consider resting Shough the last game or two to preserve his health? I mean we know what we have, why risk an injury that could retard offseason growth or, worse, imperil the start of next season?

@nick_underhill It seemed like Shough performed much better in the second half today, after players around him started making plays (Vele, Neal, Tipton). So how fair is the evaluation of him this year given his subpar surrounding cast?

[Mike Armitage @mlarmitage]

@nick_underhill What is this team doing in the red zone ? What is the bigger problem: playcalling or execution?

[Mike Armitage @mlarmitage]

@nofnetwork @nick_underhill @getGordon How many more games like Sunday’s game at Carolina does Shough need to have, in your opinion, before he earns the opportunity to show what he can do as the Saints starter over a full season in 2026?

[Mike Armitage @mlarmitage]

@nofnetwork @nick_underhill @getGordon I agree that the team has regressed in the past few weeks. What are some metrics you’re looking at to judge how Kellen Moore is doing in the middle of all this? Obviously, wins and losses are no longer the guage.

🚨TWEEPS: trump's crew in Texas just flipped 5 congressional seats red with partisan mid-decade maps. Prop 50 lets Californians vote YES to offset the GOP gain and block his takeover.

Can we hit 1,000 RTs and replies with #YesOnProp50 to trend it?

Please and thank you!🙏 💪🏽

@nick_underhill @Chilis Hey is the pic in the hoodie your “lost” year in New England?

[Mike Armitage @mlarmitage]

@nofnetwork @nick_underhill @getGordon Maybe the circumstances dictated it but the handcuffs were removed from Rattler today and we saw the results. Should’ve had 5 turnovers. Does this finally end the talk of him maybe developing into the franchise QB?
