@travelocity ok they phone with Alaska airlines( was advised by Hawaiian to contact them if I didn’t want to deal with your half ass customer service) and apparently you cancelled our flight back to San Diego. This is insanity!!!! What is wrong with your company??

@TravelocityHelp Hawaiian airlines website clearly states it’s only $30 (but in fairness they added $20 because it was a late change so $50 total) lawyers have been contacted.
@TravelocityHelp Update- your manager at the customer service center just UPPED your quoted change fee- she just told me it’s $200 instead of the $180 originally quoted.
@TravelocityHelp Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered and based on the conflicting fee information I’m fairly certain you are gouging your clients. I will NEVER book with you again and will be looking into legal action against your obvious and documented price gouging.
@TravelocityHelp Your customer service rep them put me on hold for 30 minutes and hung up before coming back. I called back and I have been on hold for 25 minutes so far waiting for a rep when your message said hold times were between 2-4 minutes.
