@YourSSE I have been unable to contact you to process credit refund - have called and written numerous times. Received letter re disputed meter reading on 10 May, replied immediately with pics of meter readings but no response. How to resolve?
@SouthernWater is still billing me for 71 units used in 3 weeks when we both agree I've used 2.3 units. They have redone the bill 4 times now but it's still wrong. How to resolve? Have spent many many hours on phone to customer services but no result

@OVOEnergy been trying for the past month to get move progressed from Economy7 tariff to standard. Agents tell me different things every time. Original request on 9 Feb. Called 10 Feb, 17 Feb, 20 Feb, 6 Mar, 7 Mar but no clear way forwards!..

@ZipcarUK So what's to stop this happening again? Seems if you have @zipcaruk in or near your street you always might be woken up. Sounding horn in stationary vehicle is against the highway code. Why is the app not good enough to find the car?
@ZipcarUK woke me up 07:15 this morning. Turns out if car in wrong bay next user can automatically sound horn through the app!!!!!!!!!! Need another way to do this
