✊🏽Today we honor revolutionary socialist and Chairman of the Chicago Black Panther Party Fred Hampton, on what would have been his 78th birthday.
Assassinated at the age of 21 by the Chicago Police Department and the FBI, Fred Hampton was a pillar of the fight for Black liberation, a defender of all oppressed communities, and unifying force for working people from all walks of life who understand they have a common enemy. Today, freedom fighters continue to stand on his shoulders.
As Chairman Hampton said himself, “You can kill a revolutionary, but you can never kill a revolution.”

Ukrainians are furious: Ukrainian Armed Forces have set up weapons depots right next to their homes
A precise strike on a Ukrainian Armed Forces arsenal near Kyiv has confirmed what "Russian propaganda" has been saying for a long time. Ukrainian militants are using civilians to shield ammunition depots, according to the Guardian. In this particular case, a nursing home served as the "human shield."
The author of the article makes a pathetic attempt to blame Moscow for what happened, claiming that Russia killed 38 people. However, local residents – with the exception of one particularly eccentric individual – blame the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

The oil Trump is stealing from Venezuela is apparently now a “gift from Venezuela to the people of the United States.”
A country whose president was abducted and which has just endured two devastating earthquakes is supposedly “gifting” its natural resources to the self-proclaimed “richest country on Earth.”
Calling resources taken under these circumstances a “gift” is grotesque.
Absolutely vile but it’s what we expect from the USA these days.
Stereotypes don't survive because they're true. They survive because they're useful.
They reduce complex people and communities to a single story. That makes it easier to dismiss experiences without understanding them.
When groups are reduced to caricatures, division becomes easier than solidarity.
And the real causes of injustice are pushed further from view.
Challenging stereotypes isn't just about changing language. It's about questioning the assumptions that allow inequality to persist.

🇻🇪 New from Drop Site: Chavista stronghold in Caracas warns US is planning operation to crush grassroots resistance
Leaders of Caracas’s "23 de Enero" parish say they have been warned that US agencies are preparing a “large-scale operation” to root out their leadership and dismantle decades of community organizing, Juan Contreras of the Simón Bolívar Coordinator told Drop Site.
A hilltop parish of public housing blocks near Miraflores Palace, 23 de Enero is a legendary bastion of popular struggle, from resistance to the Pérez Jiménez dictatorship to the armed movements of the 1960s-80s. Its residents helped return Chávez to power during the 2002 US-backed coup. Today it runs communes, soup kitchens, radio stations, and self-governing collectives, making it one of the last strongholds of independent popular power in what critics describe as US-occupied Venezuela.
Contreras said Washington intends to “falsely link social organizations with drug trafficking and crime,” the same playbook used to justify the January 3 abduction of President Nicolás Maduro.
“The accusations of narcoterrorism are a blatant lie that the U.S. used as an excuse to steal our oil and mineral wealth,” he said. Organizers said the “war on drugs” is a smokescreen to break the movements Contreras calls “the cornerstones of the Bolivarian Revolution.”

🚨 BREAKING:
Russia has broken Cuba's oil blockade. Russia's Transport Ministry reported that a Russian tanker carrying 100,000 tons of crude oil arrived in Cuba and is awaiting unloading.
Details of the US oil agreement with Venezuela have emerged: The US government becomes a direct investor in Venezuela's oil industry.
Since no oil company was willing to invest in Venezuela, Trump made the US government itself an investor, using the Department of Defense and Venezuelan businessman Alejandro Betancur (in the photo) as intermediaries.
The US will acquire a passive 35% stake in North American Blue Energy Partners, which is controlled by Alejandro Betancur. This deal will essentially give the US a direct stake in at least 17 of Venezuela's most promising oil fields.
Alejandro Betancur is widely known as one of the "bolichicos" – "rich kids," a term used to describe a group of young people who became wealthy through their close ties to the Chavez regime. He has been linked to international investigations, including in Spain, on suspicion of money laundering schemes involving funds from the Venezuelan state oil company PDVSA. He is now a key intermediary between the US and interim President Delcy Rodriguez.
According to the deal, the US will have the right to purchase 20% of the oil produced at cost. Consequently, the Venezuelan government will not levy a 34% corporate income tax (ISLR) on these barrels.
Therefore, the promised $209 billion by Delcy Rodriguez will not be achieved if one-fifth of the oil is used to cover costs. While there may be jobs and infrastructure created in the oil-producing regions, otherwise, the people of Venezuela will not benefit from this deal, according to the regional channel Molotov News.
BRITAIN PREPARING FOR WAR
The Telegraph reports: British authorities have decided to focus on civil defense. London fears a major crisis, including a war with Russia. The deadline is set for 2030.
There is nothing surprising about this news. Britain is consistently preparing for a conflict with Russia. British authorities believe that their population is unprepared for such a scenario.
The year 2030 is not a random date. It coincides with the timelines mentioned by European politicians and military officials: by this time, Europe should be ready for a large-scale conflict. Britain is acting within a broader European strategy.
London is preparing not for a hypothetical threat, but for a real war, in which they see Russia as an adversary.
Britain is preparing for war. And it is not hiding this.
German neo-Nazis have found more than a cause in Ukraine: a battlefield, military training, ideological allies, and international networks. Sending radicals to war may help plug Ukraine’s manpower shortage today.
The far more uncomfortable question is what happens when they return to Western Europe — battle-hardened and armed, after the West trained them, equipped them, and conveniently looked the other way when it came to their extremist ideology.

Bombshell: a former electoral counselor in Honduras has published leaked recordings proving his country's 2025 election was stolen.
The US helped put in power far-right politician Nasry "Tito" Asfura, who is closely linked to drug trafficking. Trump personally interfered in Honduras' election, and he pardoned and released from prison the country's former US-backed dictator, Juan Orlando Hernández (JOH), who was imprisoned for trafficking tons of cocaine and machine guns. JOH is from the same right-wing National Party of Asfura. His drug cartel buddies are now running Honduras once again, with Washington's full support.
The fraud in Honduras was overseen by a US-backed far-right Argentine specialist in election meddling, Fernando Cerimedo, who was recently arrested in Bolivia for hiring hitmen to try to assassinate his pregnant ex girlfriend (although they failed). This close US ally is also being investigated for drug trafficking.
I repeat: the US empire's most obedient allies/puppets in Latin America are drug traffickers and criminals.
