@easyJet Hi. Had a flight cancelled on 24th July and was advised would get a refund in 7 days, 16 days passed and no refund. Can someone look into this please and DM me.
@BTCare He explained the increase was for customer service but his was so awful. I asked to speak to his manager and he said he wouldn't be able to help or do anything which is obVIosuly not the response I wanted.
@BTCare Well firstly the bill for the last two months has been increasing higher than agreed. And the guy in the phone tried to explain and his attitude was basically it is what it is. I understand you have had a pay increase that we was never made aware of but by. 22 quid a month?
