The rights and freedoms of Canadians must be defended at every turn. The Prime Minister with the help of the NDP are making a dangerous mistake by enacting the Emergencies Act.
Today, we are excited to launch our gaming NFT marketplace: Fractal

Also picking one RT to receive a free random Fractal NFT (must follow @fractalwagmi + Fractal discord member)
On top of this Elon Musk will be paying billions of dollars of extra taxes voluntarily by choosing to sell more lower cost basis stock holdings than higher cost basis stock just exercised. He literally is paying MORE taxes than he needs to.
@elonmusk@SenSanders Prior to last week Elon’s TSLA holdings can be broken down to following:
1. 170m common shares are taxed at LT capital gains rate (currently 20% + 3.8% surtax). Starting 2022 likely an additional 8% surtax on AGI above $25m, which would make LT cap gains tax rate about 32%.
2. Elon has/had 22.8m shares from options that need to be exercised by 8/22 from his 2012 ceo compensation plan.
Taxes for the 22.8m shares are 37% federal tax + 13.3% california state tax + 3.8% net investment income tax = 54% effective tax rate.
