@NakuulMehta The other best option is to co-exist with non venomous snakes like rat snakes, Checkered Keelbacks etc. The moment you remove these non venomous snakes, the place maybe occupied by a venomous snakes and this has happened in many instances.

Please use the traditional method of rat trap which is the cage and once trapped you can leave the rats into a forest area or a drain. With this, the snakes will get their food and you will stop killing them as well. Hope this helps :)

Ignorance kills. This incident is from Wardha. In an inebriated state, the person is handling the highly venomous Common krait assuming it is the non venomous rat snake. Needless to say, he lost his life the same night while being treated in the hospital.

Alex from Bhadravati, Karnataka, was bitten by a Spectacled Cobra while trying to kissing the snake 🐍

As per information available, he is currently discharged from the hospital. The forest dept will enquire him once he recovers!
