The dead girlfriend was Liron Barda, a West Bank settler (read: terrorist) from Sha'arei Tikva, a settlement built over the destroyed and cleansed Palestinian villages of Mas'ha and Sanniriya.

Dead boyfriend was from Yad Binyamin, an Israeli settlement built on the remains of al-Mukhayzin, a Palestinian village wiped out during the Nakba.

I could find no information on their IDF service or what atrocities they committed during that time.
