@RichardXRPL@grok please explain why this is not TGE's fault and is the fault of the business consigning the order with the wrong service for its customers needs.
@RichardXRPL Wait , why not blame the company shipping the goods b2c via TGE ? they are taking advantage of cheap rates for a service that's not b2c focused. They could be providing a better service for their retail customers using startrack.
@AverageJohnXRP@ainittomai Thanks! Certs are a single wildcard LetsEncrypt, auto-renewing via cron on host; shared securely to all nodes via VirtFS mounts (injected to fstab/symlinks using qemu-nbd offline)—centralized, no per-VM copies needed. Works great for EVR. 🚀
I am slightly unprofitable atm, kicked me into gear to refine my knowledge and alter my set up to the following.
Proxmox VE on dedicated server hosting multiple Evernode (EVR) VMs: NAT-shared IPv4, delegated IPv6 subnets, port forwarding for EVR/SSH, and scripted VM cloning. Offline disk injections via qemu-nbd mount VMs' qcow2 images to inject netplan configs, UFW rules, custom ports, and /etc/hosts entries. Shared wildcard LetsEncrypt cert (from domain provider) mounted via VirtFS to all VMs for secure, centralized TLS without per-VM certs. My costs are coming way down to be cost neutral and when evernode turns around i will be back into profit. I live in the most expensive city in world and electricity prices are ridiculous. When I finally break into the most expensive property market I do plan to create my own data room and self host running solar etc, need to achieve some goals before I can progress to this.
Have you considered a legal rewards system within new regulations? Instead of direct USD APR yields from Treasuries, Coinbase could establish a Digital Asset Treasury (DAT) company, invest USDC reserves in crypto assets, and offer USDC holders shares in the DAT for indirect rewards. Be creative ✨️
