Almost all future usecases of the blockchain (AI, Gaming, Identity, Real World Assets etc) will require some amount of external data attested onto chain. Decentralisation (without it there is no safety), scalability and low latency are key. Flare is the blockchain for data. #connecteverything

As its Alt SZN (TM) I wanted to recapitulate the Flare offering.
• Flare is the only major L1 with a built in data.

• Verifiable compute lets you run huge programs (example - a whole LLM) privately and with sufficient security to use the results onchain.

Protocol managed wallets which let a decentralised application on Flare take actions on any chain.
Autonomous crypto or RWA portfolio creation & management.
Private data streams that can interact with applications - so a public app can use data that can’t be exposed publicly but a user can be certain that the data came from the correct source.
Applications built directly on chains like XRP (with baked in privacy).
Private equity or perps markets.
Privacy tooling that can be applied to other markets.

These are just a few of the ones that appeal to me.

Why would expanding RLUSD’s reach, dominance and usage across more ecosystems require some extraordinary burden of “strong evidence”?
If RLUSD can move from Ethereum back to XRPL, that expands its distribution and utility.
What exactly is gained by standing in the way of that?
One underrated part of taking FXRP omnichain is what it can do to XRP liquidity.
Instead of every ecosystem building its own isolated representation of XRP, FXRP can become a common asset that moves across execution environments while remaining tied to the same underlying FAssets system.

At one point we had a wen Flare website up.
More real-world decisions now depend on computations that nobody outside the operator can independently inspect.
Smart contracts can verify onchain execution. They cannot normally verify how a private model produced an offchain result.
Consider satellite analysis used to assess a flood insurance claim. The imagery may be licensed and the model proprietary, so neither can be published. The insurer and claimant are left trusting the operator’s internal logs.
FCC allows the analysis to run inside a registered TEE using an approved code version. The machine signs the result, giving Flare contracts evidence of which protected environment and code produced it. The data and model stay private.
That gives smart contracts a credible basis for acting on confidential real-world computation. The same architecture can support finance, logistics, healthcare and private AI systems.

@JChristPatriot No the XRP wouldn’t simply be locked in your XRPL address as it has to go into the borrowing application on Ethereum in order to borrow RLUSD.
Yes you get all your XRP back when you pay back the RLUSD + interest.
