@northernassist Can I ask who I try and claim compensation from. Was booked on “lner 1710 which was cancelled so then got on the 17.22 northern which was obvs delayed but not sure who I claim from?

@northernassist why let people get on a train at Leeds to Doncaster with no driver now delayed 25 mins and I could have got the next lner one but won’t make it now. It’s a joke can someone tell the passengers sat on the 17.22 to Doncaster what’s happening

@LNER It’s happened the last two days . It makes a massive difference to the time I get home from work if I get the next one and have family to look after. My concern is your new timetable isn’t working maybe it needs looking into

@TPExpressTrains I’m on Doncaster to Liverpool train that left Doncaster at 09.42 and its 3 carriages! Absolutely ridiculous. Xmas markets, Meadowhall Xmas shoppers, football. What an absolute joke
