@GodPenuel It’s not CT vs. other metros to my mind. The whole province is benefiting from better leadership (real competition) and the provincial government does its basic job well. As you cross the road boarder to EC / NC the difference in town pride/quality of infrastructure is obvious.

Would only recommend @Discovery_SA if you enjoy (1) repeatedly calling a call centres to try and get feedback on claims; (2) sending emails that get ignored; and (3) eventually dealing with assessors that are passive aggressive on legit claims. Happy to take your premium though!
