What is the secret behind the popularity of this phrase and who said it?

Omar bin Al-Khattab's attention was drawn to the fact that Abu Bakr went out to the outskirts of Medina after Fajr prayer, entered a small house for hours, and then he goes to his own house.

And Omar knew everything that Abu Bakr was doing except for the secret of this house.

Days have passed and the Caliph of the Believers is still visiting this house. Omar still did not know what Abu Bakr was doing inside, so Omar decided to enter the house after Abu Bakr left. So that he can see with his eyes what is inside, and know what Abu Bakr does after the Fajr prayer.

When Omar entered this little house, he found an old woman who could not move and had no one, and she is also blind.

Ibn Al-Khattab was surprised by what he saw.
He wanted to know what is the secret of Abu Bakr's relationship with this blind old woman, so he asked her:

"What does this man do here in your house?"
(Meaning Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq)
The old woman answered:

"Wa Allahi, I do not know, my son. This man comes every morning and cleans and sweeps the house for me. Then he prepares food for me, and he leaves without talking to me."

When Abu Bakr died, Omar completed the care of the blind old woman.

She said to him: "Did your friend die?"
He said: "How did you know?"
She said: "You brought me dates, and you did not remove the seeds from them."

Omar bin Al-Khattab crouched on his knees and his eyes filled with tears and said his famous phrase:

“𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐡𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭���𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮, 𝐎 𝐀𝐛𝐮 𝐁𝐚𝐤𝐫.”

Should we cry for Abu Bakr, or cry for Omar, or cry today about the feelings and morals that have collapsed and deteriorated.

How did these cells cooperate and distribute roles among them accurately, and who assigned each living cell its role and function, and how did the dividing and proliferating cell become a cell in an artery, a cell in the brain, a cell of the retina in the eye, an auditory cell, a heart cell, a liver cell, or a cell in a bone
Who distributed roles and functions so that this body works accurately and harmoniously
Imagine with me how the nucleus copies the information code and knows what kind of information it is to make an eye, then cells open another code of information to make a heart and another code in another cell busy making a bone, nerve or joint in a knee
What is this cooperation that amazes minds, how does this happen in order to build a human being in the utmost perfection? Imagine with me the amount of information that the cell nucleus opens and closes to bring the necessary information from the information archive to copy cells from it and weave a hundred thousand billion living cells to make this amazing and amazing human body
If we talked for hours and days about this amazing thing, we would not fulfill this creative subject due to the greatness of this great creator who perfected everything he created!
And imagine with me every moment the wondrous biochemistry processes and their interactions in every living cell and the copying and building of chemical compounds in all living organisms and their many types that the wondrous planet teems with to see how amazing and accurate this is.
The confusing and miraculous question remains: What are the roles and functions of living cells and the work of this amazing cooperation and harmony between this huge number of cells in the miraculous human body?!

Please tell me, Almighty God, how did you create me and how did you shape my body?!
How did you ride my bones and collect my guts?!
How did I draw my face and my thumbprint?!
How did a piece of meat, the womb, feed me?!
How were I created in the darkness of the dark womb, my eyes that see and my ears?!
How did I give every member of my body its turn to maintain my growing body?!
How did you miraculously transform a weak semen into a human being?!
How, how, and how?!
How great is your work, O God, the All-Knowing, the All-Powerful, how much we have appreciated you!!
I thank you, O great God, who granted me eyes that see, a mind that thinks, an arm that builds and builds, and made me your successor in the land to colonize.
Thank you, my creator, who made me and with your hand shaped my body, my soul is a breath of your soul
