A 46-year-old local man has been arrested at KLIA last night while attempting to smuggle a gibbon and two cuscus worth RM20,000 in his luggage.
The suspect, who was bound for Mumbai, is being investigated under the Wildlife Conservation Act and the International Trade in Endangered Species Act.
