@godefroy_beauty@Airbnb@AirbnbHelp Absolutely right. If they continue to stonewall, Section 75 / chargeback is my absolute fallback. But right now, I'm taking them to Small Claims Court first. Their own AirCover team officially confirmed the host's photographic fraud, yet support won't refund my booking!
Unreal, @Airbnb@AirbnbHelp. Your AirCover fraud team CONFIRMED the host used fake photos of another property, ruling in my favour. Yet you refuse to refund £523.27 or cover £500 in emergency costs after I fled a mold-infested, unsafe listing. Why protect a proven fraudster!
@nik_long_@Airbnb@AirbnbHelp Exactly, Nik! They won’t wear me down. I’ve already safely documented the evidence trail, and my formal Letter Before Claim is officially hitting their London legal headquarters this week. If they don't refund me and cover the emergency costs, I'll see them in Small Claims Courts
The plot thickens, @Airbnb@AirbnbHelp. After AirCover team caught host uploading fake photos of a different house and threw out his scam fees, he has now left a toxic, retaliatory review lying. Your policy explicitly bans retaliatory reviews from fraudsters. I need this reviewed
@StayfaxAi@Airbnb@AirbnbHelp Exactly! What's worse AirCover fraud team actually audited the photos, agreed with me, and threw out the host's fake charges. Yet their customer support still refuses to refund my booking or cover emergency costs for fleeing this biohazard.standard systemic corporate neglect.

Hey @Airbnb@AirbnbHelp, why is your team defending a host who committed fraud, threatened an illegal lockout, and left exposed safety hazards in the listing? Your Senior Case Manager closed my file without looking at the blatant evidence. Absolutely Disgraceful.
Before arrival, they explicitly text-threatened me: "Either you pay first or no keys. So you lose everything." A formal Letter Before Claim for £1,323.27 is being served to your London legal team today for breach of contract and fraud. Check the chat logs and resolve this.
When I complained, the host retaliated with a fake £275 smoking fee. Look at their "evidence": it shows dark red terracotta floor tiles and a flat veneer desk. The actual apartment I stayed in has light grey wood laminate flooring and an oval table. It's a different property!
The property completely violates basic habitability policies. The bathroom has severe, toxic mold growing on an unsealed, rotting wooden structural pillar inside the wet shower stall, alongside a sharp, exposed metal screw right out in the open. A literal biohazard.
