@amyklobuchar As someone born in Cuba, I find this argument patronizing. I tracked down birth certificates for 3 generations (Spain 1896, Cuba 1931/1961) in under a month. If I can navigate international & communist bureaucracies for documents, Americans can handle the SAVE America Act.
