@rheem Are Rheem's heat pump water heaters are as notoriously unreliable as they seem? On our 2nd unit in <3 years, and this one is failing too. Error codes A004 and A005. Sadly, warranty includes parts only, so we're on the hook for labor charges, which far exceed parts cost.
