@Jayant_GRMetal@shipmin_india@DGS_Survey@mansukhmandviya@mrai_india@nsitharaman Purpose don't understand why government not trusting us ,how much practical it is to manage every thing from home ,all of a sudden stopped us,we not multibillianor like cfs/shipping/government .. Immediate can manage home workings & release cont with out documents sir how to do
@narendramodi Hon'ble PM Sir, Few smaller Shipping Lines Hv responded favorably to Govt directives. But big 3 errants i.e. Maersk/SafMarine; MSC; Hapaq & CMA-CGM are unfortunately considering themselves mighter than GoI and are being driven only by PROFIT MOTIVES.
@shipmin_india
@shipmin_india@OfficeOf_MM Dear Sir, this is what we received from the Hind Terminals CFS, Mundra. We must take strict action against all these companies who are violating government orders!
@shipmin_india@mansukhmandviya @dgship_goi @nitin_gadkari@shipmin_india We kindly request you pls ask all s. Lines to obey your order for notice passed on 22.04.20 as none of the liner accepting to waive of dem/ det till May 03.2020 and they are charging us huge charge
The order only relates to shipping line and non containerised cargo for compliance of DGS order. We need clear cut instructions from MOS & DGS to port trusts to ensure compliance of DGS order including containerised cargo and CFS for lockdown period with cancellation of license.
Until & unless the Govt threatens or takes strict action including revoking of CFS license.I don’t see any relief or compliance of MOS & DGS order by CFS.The ultimate authority lies with MOS & Port trusts to ensure compliance of its order. 7 days over and we see no action by MOS.
