Was gifted @masterclass by a dear friend trying to help me through a hard time while I’m unemployed. I didn’t understand the sign up so I filled out their help form. They are now denying me access because the sign up period is now “expired”. Shame on you.
@MasterClassCare I’m very disappointed in your customer service. I reached out via your website for help with signing up for a gifted a pass and was told I missed a “deadline”. The original sign up email was in my junk mail so I didn’t receive it on time. Please do better. So sad
For a company that celebrates 100’s of millions in sales, I cannot understand how you justify denying access to your service because of a missed deadline. People are unemployed and now is the time for us to have access to education, to learn, to grow. Shame on you @masterclass
