I just learned that AA no longer awards miles for basic economy. Apparently this went into effect in December. What an absolute joke this airline has become. Ok, not sure how to fix this, but you have been billing me $21.56 a month and my account now states that I only have access to “Free” features while I’m still paying for premium. @Yrefy_LLC You guys are the worst most predatory company in the country. Take on nonperforming student loans knowing they can’t pay, get a judgment after 90 days of non payment. The loan can’t be discharged so you attach future earnings for the rest of the borrowers life. Am I wrong?
